I keep getting the error that says "Invalid login/password" when I try to login to the online forms pages.
You may have made typing errors repeatedly when entering your Login ID. Close your browser and re-launch it, then try again. Make sure you are using the correct Login ID.
I keep getting the error that says
"DB Failure or ID Exists already."
You may be trying to create a new profile where one already exists with that ID.
I forgot my password.
On the Applicant Login page, enter your Login ID and click on “Forget your password?” The password will be e-mailed to you.
