The SOCAN Foundation, the Alliance Nationale de l’Industrie de la Musique (ANIM), the Fédération culturelle canadienne-française (FCCF) and SPACQ-AE are collaborating to present a brand new residency program to support Francophone artist-entrepreneurs outside Québec. Are you a multi-hyphenate artist because you’re an artist-entrepreneur? Are you looking for effective ways to combine the administrative and artistic sides of your career? As a Francophone in a minority situation in Canada, do you face particular geographic and linguistic realities? If that’s the case, this residency is for you!
Eight participants will be selected for a stay in Montréal from June 17 to 20 to participate in workshops and roundtables as well as an access to the RDV Pros des Francos de Montréal and SOCAN networking activities.
The program covers travel, accommodations (3 nights) and most meals.
